With over 45 years of experience in the commercial design industry, KDA Furniture + Interiors has crafted custom furniture solutions for hundreds of projects across the country. Our portfolio includes healthcare environments such as surgery centers, exam rooms, patient recovery spaces, waiting areas, and optical display cabinetry, as well as corporate offices, educational facilities, government buildings, libraries, worship spaces, and more. Through exceptional craftsmanship, attention to detail, and responsive customer service, KDA Furniture + Interiors has built a reputation for quality and earned the trust of a diverse and growing client base nationwide.
1980 - KDA Furniture started by Bill and Linda Klage
1983 - RMK Design Associates started by Randal and Mary Kiemnec
1995 - KDA Furniture and RMK Design Associates work together on the first Fort Wayne Orthopedics office
2003 - Nicole hired as an interior designer by KDA
December 2013 - Nicole and Brian purchase KDA Furniture
October 2016 - Purchased and renovated current corporate office and furniture production shop
November 2016 - Purchased CNC router
January 2017 - Upgraded shop dust collection
May 2018 - Nicole and Brian purchase of RMK Design Associates
July 2018 - Start simple IRA with company match
February 2019 - Purchase new larger box truck
August 2019 - Introduced insurance for KDA employees
August 2019 - Finished upstairs office space
KDA Furniture + Interiors has maintained a longstanding partnership with RMK Design Associates since the early 1990's. In 2018, Nicole and Brian Kenefic took ownership of both companies, further solidifying their collaboration in the furniture and design industry.
